Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain

Fondation Cartier is always a beautiful stop in Paris with interesting exhibitions, events, children's activities and Nomadic Nights. Built by Jean Nouvel in 1994 its rarely crowded as the other museums, they now have the most peaceful cafe in the back garden. You can go just to the back of the building, no need to pay the entrance fee for the cafe. On your way is the adorable Cabanne du Chat d'Agnes Varda with the  grave of their family cat Zgougou with a 3mn humorous video.

From there you can have a bite at the Select and walk down rue Vavin to the Luxembourg Gardens as we used to do with the girls when we lived on Rue Campagne Premiere.
